About the organization and carrying out the city tender “The Best Entrepreneur of 2019”

According to Articles 19, 20 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan “About Local Public Authorities” promotes promotion of products, services and also accomplishment of point 12 of the Action plan on accomplishment of instructions and instructions of the chairman of the Sughd region which it will be declared at a meeting with entrepreneurs and industrialists of the region on March 1, 2019. DECISIONS:

1. In May – December of this year there will take place the City tender “The Best Entrepreneur of 2019”.
2. To approve the structure of jury and the Provision on the city contest committee “The best entrepreneur of 2019” (Appendix 1, 2).
3. Executive bodies of the government of the city have to develop the plan of promotion and carrying out city tender till December 10, 2019 and to submit to jury the list of worthy entrepreneurs the separate list according to the Provision on tender.
4. The department of television of Afshin, local radio and the city newspaper “Payrav Istaravshan” publish and publish materials and programs for tender.
5. Control of execution of this decision is imposed on the deputy mayor Mirsaidov S.T. to be placed.
