During the first quarter of this year, the volume of industrial production reached 137 million 310.9 thousand Somoni, which is 15 million 285.4 thousand Somoni more than the same period last year and amounted to 112.4%. During this period, 2 small manufacturing enterprises and 3 small enterprises were put into operation by individual entrepreneurs, in which 50 people were provided with jobs.
During the reporting period, in accordance with various sectors of the economy of Istaravshan, the implementation of investment projects under public investment projects, including a comprehensive investment project in the field of public utilities is provided by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the amount of 3 million 699 thousand US dollars. The mayor received specific instructions on improving the sanitary and hygienic situation, timely provision of farms with irrigation water, timely collection of municipal funds, garbage collection, planting of seasonal flowers and shrubs, and the process of spring convocation.
