Cotton harvesting is under way in Sughd region today. Favorable conditions are provided for timely acceptance and processing of farmers’ labor in the reception centers and ginneries. To help with the cotton harvest, a group of Istaravshan SEB officials, headed by the Executive Chairman of Istaravshan city Amirkhon Kurbonzoda, visited Zafarabad district to support hardworking workers and work until tomorrow morning.
The cotton harvesting season is a productive milestone, when employees of the Executive Office of the city of Istaravshan and the activists, despite their various occupations, have come to the cotton fields. For cotton is a wealth of the state and a factor of worthy life of the people.
