Every year on September 30 in the Republic of Tajikistan is celebrated as the Day of Mavlono Jaloliddini Balkhi.
City Hall also hosted a festive event dedicated to the birthday of Mevlana Balkhi with the participation of representatives of LSG, teachers and students of educational institutions.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Mayor of Istaravshan Nigora Naimjonzoda noted that Mevlana Balkhi is known among the literary and cultural elite of the country for 810 years. It is stated in the works of Mavlono Balkhi that the most important value and honor for a person is the respect of honor, dignity and observance of justice.
