In honor of the 5th anniversary of the youth group of Avangard in the Palace of Culture “Istaravshan” cultural program with the participation of the Deputy Chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in Istaravshan city, colonel of militia Saidzoda BR and members of the Young Vanguard Group of cities and districts of Sughd Region.
The event was opened by the Deputy Chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in the city of Istaravshan Colonel Saidzoda BR and congratulated Colonel Odinazoda Firuz on the group of youth in the city of Istaravshan.
Then the cultural program of the youth group of Avangard under the leadership of the head of the youth group of Vanguard of Istaravshan Mahkamov Jahongir was held with the participation of students of TCMU # 40 named after Aminov Nemat. The pupils of this institution showed their skill in poetry and educational performances.
