They are one of the oldest celebrations of Aryan-Native people, and our ancestors have interpreted it as the praise and aspirations of Mehr, and the love and devotion of compassion.
A festive event was held in the palace of culture of the city in honor of this sight. The agricultural fair was first organized by educational institutions and rural communities. From the viewing of the show, it was clearly felt that the responsible of the rural communities, education and agriculture departments were thoroughly prepared for the celebration of this holiday. SE Mayor of the city Amirkhon Kurbonzoda highly evaluated the quality and content of the show.
Further, acting mayor Amirkhon Kurbonzoda congratulated the audience on the occasion and said that “Mehrgon” is a holiday of gathering of a farmer’s harvest, a feast of abundance, joy, friendship, unity and kindness. The Persian and Tajik people at all times, regardless of their political and social conditions, have shown great value to life and the human race and strengthened the unity and solidarity of the people, primarily by celebrations and ceremonies.
The representative of Sughd region LMDP Komiljon Ibragimov read out congratulations of the chairman of Sughd region Rajabboy Ahmadzoda and congratulated everybody on this holiday.
In honor of the “Mehrgon” holiday, the acting chairman of the city Amirkhon Kurbonzoda was awarded with a number of memorable gifts and gifts.
The concert program of the artists of the cultural sector made the event colorful.
