LIVING LEGENDS – BETWEEN US
During the Great Patriotic War, 300,000 people from the Republic of Tajikistan were mobilized to the front, and 90,000 of them died heroically on the battlefields. Some of them successfully returned to their homeland and contributed to the restoration of the national economy.
More than 25,000 people from Istaravshan participated in the Great Patriotic War. Currently 4 of them are still alive. These are Sulaymon Ayubov, Mirzonazar Mamanazarov, Rajab Nabiev and Haitboy Hakimov.
These 4 people are a living legend and the best example of loyalty, patriotism, courage and perseverance for today’s generation.
We, today’s generation, will never forget the heroism of our fathers and grandfathers and bow to them !!!
