According to Articles 19, 20 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan “About Local Public Authorities” to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 1, 2019 No. 94 “About the National development program of youth of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2019 – 2021” Increase in efficiency of the state youth policy and also creation of social and economic, legal and organizational conditions for social development of city youth. I SOLVE:
To execute the decision of the Chairman of the Sughd region of April 22, 2019 No. 179 “About the National program of social development of youth in the Sughd region for 2019-2021”.
To approve the National program of social development of youth in Istaravshan for 2019-2021 and a funding plan of its activity (Appendix 1 and 2).
The youth and sports sector of the city is a coordinator of implementation of “The national development program of youth in Istaravshan for 2019-2021” and in cooperation with the relevant departments and departments takes necessary measures for program implementation.
Departments of social development and public relations, work with women and families, departments of migration, culture, religious affairs, regulations of traditions and celebration of the executive authority of the city, departments of the state agency on work and employment, educations, the central hospital, television and local radio in cooperation with city department of affairs of youth and sport to take necessary measures for implementation of the Action plan of the Program.
To charge to city financial department to allocate necessary funds for implementation of the Action plan when forming the local budget for 2019-2021.
The department on work with youth and sport of the city has to present to executive body of the government in December of this year the report on accomplishment of the Action plan.
To impose control of performance of this resolution on vice-mayors Naimzhonzod Nigor and Sodik Mirsaidov.
