For the purpose of holding the actions devoted to the 28th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, the plan was developed by local government of the city of Istaravshan with participation of the acting as the chairman of the city of Istaravshan Amirkhon Kurbonzod, the chairman of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tajikistan. A number of objects were put into operation by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Ashurzoda Abdulkhafiz of Abdou and Zamestitelem predsedatelya of the Sughd Bakhavaddinom Bakhodurzoda region.
The exhibition of national crafts worth nearly 70,000 somoni was open on Ismoili Somoni Avenue, under city technical training college No. 114 where jobs were created two. The products of national crafts made by pupils of this lyceum are presented at an exhibition, many of which are the artists of national origin who were born thousands years ago in Istaravshan. Having cut a symbolical tape of an exhibition, the chairman of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tajikistan Ashurzoda Abdulkhafiz got to work of this building.
