Within continuation of works on improvement to the celebration of the 30 anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, an action of 2019-2021. On development of the village, tourism and national crafts and preparation of new academic year the new schoolhouse with ten classes is put into operation.
According to the Decree of the Founder of the world and national unity – the Leader of the nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan its Excellencies of Emomalii Rahmon for the worthy celebration of the 30 anniversary of the state independence and an action of 2019-2021 in the field of development of the village, tourism and folk art. In 2021 in the city of Istaravshan of the Sughd region more than 500 objects of various level will be built and reconstructed according to the plan of festive actions developed by MPD. These efforts along with permanent employment of nearly two thousand jobless inhabitants will promote further increase in a level of living of urban and rural population. It should be noted that, following the educational policy of the top management of the country, the action includes creation and updating of high schools, creation of additional classrooms and equipping of schools modern means of teaching and training. For realization of this purpose and on the eve of New 2019-2020 in the village of Dzhavavakak of the village of Dzhavakkan Istaravshana the new academic building is put into operation. The building consists of ten classrooms, the room of the teacher, library and other infrastructure, and stands about one million somoni. In the village of Dzhavavak there is only high school No. 47, the shortage of classrooms, prior to three occupations and also small three-kilometer (3 km) a preschool trip to school for small children in rainy and cold winter. They led to construction of the new building with ten modern classrooms. Brothers who were born in family of teachers and are proud of the profession, collected and put into operation the building within four years at the expense of the funds raised the Hajj Manas and other savings. All classrooms, libraries, houses of teachers and passes are equipped with slogans, posters, modern signs, boards and chairs and also two classrooms on 320 pupils. The acting as the mayor Amirkhon Kurbonzoda, the intellectuals, teachers veterans and young talented teachers from many high and city high schools and also happy pupils participated in an action. It should be noted that today in the city of Istaravshan with assistance of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan at the expense of the Government of RT construction of new buildings of comprehensive schools No. 37 on 480 places and No. 46 on 240 places is begun. Education in an agricultural community Zarkhalol became a good example of construction of the new educational building on 264 places. Besides, in 2019-2020 academic year at 12 high schools of the city were put into operation and 53 additional classrooms are put into operation.
