Wreath-laying ceremony in honor of the 75th anniversary of Victory Day 09.05.2020
This morning the Chairman of Istaravshan Amirkhon Qurbonzoda laid a wreath at the monument “Victory Garden” in honor of the 75th anniversary of the Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 and in memory of the martyrs of freedom.
The chairman of Istaravshan city Amirkhon Qurbonzoda was accompanied by the chairman of the city council of veterans Kayumov Abduvahhob.
First, the Mayor of Istaravshan Amirkhon Qurbonzoda laid a wreath at the “Eternal Flame” in honor of the memory of heroes and participants of the Victory Day and all those who lost their lives in the Great Patriotic War.
It should be noted that the courage and bravery of the honorable people of Tajikistan to achieve a great victory is a great example of patriotism and the best lesson of courage and patriotism for present and future generations.
Then wreaths were laid by organizations and institutions in honor of the selfless service of the Motherland.
It should be noted that thanks to the successful social policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Honorable Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, war and labor veterans are always under the care of the state and government. That is why during the Victory Day and other national holidays, the leadership of the Executive Authority of Istaravshan provides them with financial assistance.
