“OZODI RADIO” IS TERRORIST ROUND?

An interview of the journalist with the head of the terrorist organization TIA IRP, Muhiddin Kabiri, was published today in the window of the Radio Free Press. Amazingly, on the eve of the election, that is, the most important political campaign of our country, openly and provocatively interviewed a criminal leader of a terrorist and extremist organization, which contradicts any existing provisions of the law of the Republic of Tajikistan. The press is about. In general, this database has recently become the Nazi pulpit, and especially its treacherous leader, M. Kabiri, who regularly publishes articles about our country.

In connection with this interview, it should be noted that, unfortunately, some of the international news stations, and especially RFE / RL, are in violation of their allegations and charters, propagandizing the ideas of self-proclaimed and patriotic terrorists. Yet, these media should seek to strengthen a democratic, law-based, humane, and knowledge-based society.

The RFE / RL reporter closed and covered his terrorist activity openly trying to discredit his position while explaining the failure of his political party’s efforts, which was the main reason for the TTP’s failure to participate in the forthcoming elections. country communication. In this interview, Kabiri wants to make people think again and again about what is missing. The neo-Nazi terrorist has always wanted to justify his position and his extremist party by distorting reality and vocabulary.

Indeed, it is very strange that such individuals, despite being involved in the horrific crimes of the civil war and the deaths of thousands of innocent civilians, were not only hypocrites but human rights abusers. embarrassment at the international media base as advocates of democratic values regarding social justice in the Republic of Tajikistan.

It is clear what the Nazis and especially Kabiri want. He is ready to ignore national and state interests for the sake of his own group and party interests. He is hopeful with his ineffective efforts to darken the intellectual climate in our society and to challenge the people.

Responding to a reporter’s question, “You have said in a question and answer with Internet users that hypocrisy is permissible in politics. That is, the difference between words and actions or political cunning. Then, what happens to the essence of religious purity? ‘ Kabiri says without shame, that politics is acceptable. So what Kabir says now is, in fact, hypocritical and demanding. He never shy or resort to hypocrisy, lies, and provocation to achieve his goals. It is common and normal for her to do these things. This undesirable act for him and his political allies is just a means and a means to achieve the goal.

Indeed, why is it that despite all the hypocrisy and provocations and the incitement of Kabir and terrorist, the TEEP Radio Liberty is still pursuing and promoting his party’s extremist ideas? RFE / RL has become the pulpit of Saleh Ayubzad since his appointment. Indeed, according to Radio Free Europe, Tajikistan has the highest priority in programs and articles that have an aggressive and provocative nature that distorts the political, economic, social and cultural life of the country.

Radio Ozodi does not comply with the laws and regulations of our country, including the requirements of Article 6, Clause 1 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on Periodical Print and Other Mass Media. ), which reads: “The dissemination of … information to violently overthrow or change the constitutional order, to commit a crime, to incite hatred, racial, national, local, religious, linguistic, agitation, violence, or activity;” terrorist and extremist, obstructing the end territorial integrity and independence of the state … is prohibited. Also, the cases of non-compliance and non-compliance by Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty are subject to the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, mentioned in Clause 1.5 of the Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty.

The management of RFE / RL should be aware that they are responsible, that is, in accordance with Article 3073 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Tajikistan, participation in the activities of political parties, public, religious or other organizations with respect to which the court has entered into legal force. on cancellation or prohibition of activities due to suspension extremist activity as well as promoting their activities using the media, the Internet or otherwise, (Law of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 14.11.2016, No. 1359), with deprivation of freedom for a period of 5 to 8 years. shall be punished by fine for the year. Article 39, Part 5 of the Criminal Code defines this as such: “A crime is considered to be committed by a criminal association (criminal organization) if a member (member) of such association has accomplished its criminal aims as well as upon the order of the public association. a person has committed a crime who is not a member of the criminal community. ”

Since the appointment of Salimi Salim to the post of head of the Tajik branch of Radio “Liberty”, the number of aggressive, baseless and sensational articles on Tajikistan has increased. In addition, the Tajik Radio Liberty has become an informational tribune to the leaders and activists of the TED IRP and is practicing outright propaganda for this terrorist organization, propagating political Islam, religious extremism and anti-religious ideas.

Observing this and the way Radio Liberty operates, it can be concluded that the ultimate goal of this news company and its editor is to distort the realities of our day in the light of the interests of political parties and foreign stakeholders. It is well known that sponsors and abusers of the media project, such as Radio Free Europe, want to discredit the political and social situation in our country by publishing provocative information.

Self-proclaimed individuals, such as Salimi Ayubzad, who acted as RFE / RL’s correspondent, are simply hired by investors and customers who ignore their own national and national interests for the sake of their own interests.

Designers, investors, and immigrants of this media project, which are Western interest groups, are now ruthlessly interfering in the domestic affairs of our country under the pretext of democracy, human rights, freedom of conscience and expression.

Taking into account this danger and ways of preventing it, it should be noted that some countries close to the Republic of Tajikistan, including those with us under the same political block, are already in the limelight for reducing information disruption and media pressure from international forces. serious strikes were made. For example, in 2012, the Russian State Duma enacted a law on “foreign agents” under which legal entities engaged in the dissemination of information for the Russian Federation in the virtual and real world are already considered “agents.” The law is currently enforced in Russia by Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty, Voice of America and TV Nastoyashye Vremya. recognized as a ‘foreign agent’. A distinctive feature of “foreign agents” is that they obtain “money or property” from foreign agencies or citizens and organizations for the dissemination of information. Taking this into consideration, it is possible to say that the RFE / RL and its editor-in-chief Salimi Ayubzoda are foreign agents and service providers in foreign countries.

Therefore, in this so-called “independent” media, we publish only information that is in the interests of our customers, not our national or national interests. Therefore, it would be great if our Parliament also ratified regulations to ensure public information security such as the Russian country, which would allow them to evaluate and take action against the abusive activities of such a sensational news company. There was.

Undoubtedly, given the threats of the modern world, the country has to create conditions for the legislative bodies and law enforcement agencies to create the legal base for preventing the influence of foreign agents in the media environment. Their influence, unfortunately, is growing from year to year.

I wonder why Radio Liberty still continues to operate in Tajikistan, despite all the speculation. Despite the passage of the relevant authorities of Tajikistan to the staff of this radio station, the policy of the media continues to be against the state and national interests of the Republic of Tajikistan. Therefore, it would be desirable that the activities of this provocative news outlet in our country would be stopped, as it is a serious threat to the information security of our country.
