us – COVID-19, in a convoy of 8 trucks in the amount of more than 61 tons of material assistance was sent from the capital of the country to the city of Istaravshan.
Foodstuffs mainly consist of basic necessities – flour, rice, butter, sugar, potatoes, carrots, onions and other foodstuffs.
Along with food trucks, the city of Istaravshan also received the necessary medicines in the amount of 41,127 somoni. In addition to medicines, doctors at city hospitals were provided with medical clothing, masks, gloves, protective equipment, antiseptic disinfectants and other medical equipment.
This assistance covers all doctors and patients infected with the new coronavirus in the city, and is a sign of care of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon for health workers, patients and the glorious people of Istaravshan.
