The feasibility study of PIR suffers crash on all fronts,
but still is in agony
Activists of the terrorist and extremist organization of Party of Islamic revival (the feasibility study for PIR) wave not only weapon, but also fists. A year ago in Warsaw after the meeting of Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe supporters of the banned terrorist and extremist Party of Islamic revival of Tajikistan, having provoked a verbal sparring and a fight concerning official delegation of Tajikistan, started a fight, threatening the representative of official delegation: “If you once again so make, I will cut off to you ears”. Than once again proved that violence and terror – the main methods in activity of the called organization. Therefore this year during the conference of OSCE of her members avoid, and Cabiria within a week cannot already acquire the right to act from a high tribune.
Similar threats from lips of the member of the feasibility study for PIV – not an empty phrase. By such barbaric, basmatch methods of the 20th years of the last century fighters of this terrorist экстремисткой the organizations over civilians of Tajikistan finished during the civil war in the ninetieth. Quite so – knives and the axe members of the feasibility study for PIV brutally killed a year ago foreign tourists among whom – citizens of state members of OSCE.
Or sane conferees of OSCE avoid Cabiria because learned that for the purpose of destabilization of a situation in Tajikistan before parliamentary elections in the spring of 2020, more than 40 members of the feasibility study for PIV directed by foreign intelligence agencies had training in terrorist camps.
The official delegation Tajikistan will continue to participate in actions of OSCE in Warsaw as it is dictated by need to support and strengthen security at the national, regional and international levels. Strong communications, cooperation with OSCE answers the purpose and the principles of the foreign policy pursued by Tajikistan, is equitable to the interests of strengthening of its sovereignty, statehood and a homeland security. However the general tasks and the available problems have to be solved in dialogue and interaction, at full compliance with laws, rules and agreements. And so-called “opposition”, on behalf of already acted delegates, once again showed the real face: aggressive methods of conducting discussion and unacceptable methods of political struggle.
Despite Cabiria’s passivity at a current conference of OSCE, the feasibility study for PIV, her activists and supporters are an obstacle for the fruitful relations between official Dushanbe and OSCE. Because of their regular provocations the government of RT and OSCE had conflicts and misunderstanding more than once. For example, in 2016 the delegation of Tajikistan left a meeting of OSCE because of participation in an action of the heads and activists of PIV prohibited the feasibility study who are in the international wanted list. In 2017 the Tajik side refused participation in this action. In 2018 representatives of the feasibility study for PIR provoked a conflict situation on “the flat place” again. What it is thrown out they this time, in 2019? What provocations I prepared Cabiria today. It is not an isolated case when members of the terrorist and extremist organization and their henchmen are present and speak at public actions in OSCE countries. Though organizers constantly justify themselves the fact that purposefully members of the feasibility study for PIV on meetings in Warsaw are not called and nobody gives the official invitation from OSCE to them. But the fact of their presence at a lobby of a conference and even at its meetings remains the fact though the numerous evidence of application of the feasibility study for PIV of violence and participation of her members in terrorist activity is proved and documentary issued long ago. Regularly reliable materials are published in media, documentaries where direct participants and witnesses of crimes of the feasibility study for PIV tell about deeds are shown, confirming fault of her members.
From 57 State Parties of OSCE thirteen countries entering also into other international political and law-enforcement structures (RATS SCO, ATTs of the CIS, the CSTO, the Interpol), recognized the called party the terrorist and extremist organization. Data on the feasibility study for PIV are entered in the uniform List of the terrorist, separatist and extremist organizations which activity is banned in territories of these states, and the information about active members of the feasibility study for PIV and its head M. Cabiria was included into the Unified search register of the specified structures.
However today the feasibility study for PIV with participation, financing and under the direct management of foreign intelligence agencies continues criminal activity in the territory of Tajikistan.
By estimates of military experts, now near extended Tajik-Afghan border about ten thousand fighters of various groups among which there are fighters of the feasibility study for PIV who had military and diversionary training, not stopping trying the armed break on the territory of Tajikistan under banners of other international terrorist organizations act. All this demonstrates that the management and activists of the feasibility study for PIV, with support and financing of foreign intelligence agencies do not stop trying to destabilize a social and political situation in Tajikistan – OSCE State Party. Today they gathered in Warsaw where annually there take place conferences of OSCE in which the heads and activists of the feasibility study for PIV accused of commission of serious crimes, who are in the international wanted list, positioning themselves “liberal activists of civil society” participate. They arrive in the CIS countries and the EU under noble pretexts of fight for the beliefs, pseudo-Islamic values and proximity to “true democracy”. And the governments of the certain states issue them identity certificates, give the social statuses, are engaged in their providing at the expense of local taxpayers. At the same time “refugees” from the feasibility study for PIV have the business and enough means on the personal accounts received from foreign sponsors for terrorist and extremist activity against Tajikistan.
The geographic location of the Republic of Poland is used by active members of the feasibility study for PIV also for transit at a further transportation to Turkey, Syria, other countries of the Middle East. Later they intend to return home for implementation of plans for creation of the Islamic State in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan that has to guard the leaders of the European Union countries and states of OSCE in which the acting members of the terrorist and extremist organization put on the international wanted list for the organization and financing of attempt of a coup on the former homeland take refuge.
