2012-2014 – the chief of commercial cooperative of “Barack Lend” in the Zafarabadsky region.

2014-2017 – leading expert of department of migration service in Istaravshan

Since February, 2017 till present – the head of department of migration service of the city of Istaravshan.

 

I completed professional development course at Institute of public administration at the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The sector of Migration service of the city of Istaravshan (further – the Sector) works according to the Situation approved by the Order of the chief of Migration service Ministries of Labour, migration and employment of the Republic of Tajikistan of 11.08.2014 No. 119.

 

The migration service is executive body of the government in the field of migration, realizes state policy in the field of migration, regulations, control, check and public services in this area.

 

The sector carries out the following tasks:

Participation in development and realization of uniform state policy in the established field of activity;

Development and improvement of a regulatory framework in the established field of activity;

Coordination of activity of executive bodies of the government of the city, self-government institutions of settlements and villages, the international, public and other organizations in the established field of activity;

Interagency coordination and involvement of donors for development of the system of market research of work and determination of prospects of labor migration;

According to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan control and check of activity of physical persons and legal entities in the sphere of foreign labor migration, employment of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad and regulation of process of foreign labor migration in the city is exercised;

Within the competence performs the activity directed to prevention of illegal migration of foreign citizens and accounting of the foreign citizens who are engaged in a labor activity in the territory of the city;Organization and holding actions for attraction and mobilization of labor migrants abroad;

Conducting checks of the enterprises, organizations and other organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership and also natural persons concerning attraction and use of foreign labor migrants in the city and holding the actions connected with employment of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad.

Production on cases of the administrative offenses connected with illegal employment, employment of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad or foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in the Republic of Tajikistan is in accordance with the established procedure conducted;

Migration registration of the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan who are going abroad and coming back;

Cooperation with diasporas, public organizations and compatriots abroad;

To promote development and improvement of a city system and the private organizations in employment which promote employment abroad.

Creating favorable conditions for involvement of entrepreneurs, employers, the international, non-governmental and other organizations for creation of training centers and advanced training of migrant workers;

To organize and hold job fairs in cooperation with the relevant state bodies for the purpose of employment of migrant workers abroad;

Together with other relevant state bodies will organize work on reintegration and rehabilitation of the migrant workers of the Republic of Tajikistan who are returning home.

To come into contacts and cooperation with the Tajik diasporas, public organizations and compatriots abroad;

Rendering consulting, legal, social and other services to migrant workers and members of their families;

Assistance to protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the foreign citizens who are engaged in a labor activity in city boundaries;

Receiving, generalization and the analysis of statistical data in the field of labor migration according to official statistical methodology;

Determination of requirements to programs of professional training concerning professional training, training and retraining of labor migrants and also the organizations of short-term training courses in the city and provision of services of professional education for labor migrants in cooperation with appropriate authorities;

To carry out information work on prevention of risks of the modern world and training of labor migrants before departure;

Accomplishment of other tasks provided by regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.
