Zarif Alizoda, head of the Tajik government delegation, said the event would bring together representatives from 57 countries and create an environment conducive to the exchange of experiences and views. Tajikistan has special responsibility to fulfill its obligations before the international community and international organizations.
All international OSCE documents on human rights have been ratified by the Republic of Tajikistan. The Republic of Tajikistan expresses its appreciation for the support of the SPCR to improve democratic institutions and other priority areas, combating terrorism, drugs and corruption. We consider regional security and the fight against terrorism a priority.
The OSCE participating States should consider current security issues, not baseless criticism. The work should be carried out taking into account the national interests of the OSCE countries. In conclusion, I would like to thank the leadership of the OSCE for this meeting.

Freedom of expression is one of the cornerstones of a democratic state. Free media in particular was the main pillar, and during the independence period the number of free media has increased significantly. Criticism of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, as the basis for the organization of work in the country, contributes to the elimination of fraud and separation. However, this criticism should be based on careful and thorough analysis. The Government of the Republic of Tajikistan strongly supports constructive journalism. For example, foreign media such as BBC, Radio Free Europe and others operate within the country, which is just another example. However, as part of this, the Internet space should be kept safe from fake and yellow journalism. Promoting accurate and accurate information is a guarantee of the freedom of information space. It therefore requires general guidelines.
