                             Announcement “100 days of improvement and creativity”

According to Articles 19, 20 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan “About Local Public Authorities”, the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 19, 2017 No. 968, I ORDER:

To announce “100 days of improvement” in the city for commitment to the supreme values, strengthening of creative and creative thinking, worthy acceptance and the high level of political and cultural life of the Republic of Tajikistan in the city.

 

To approve structure of the operating headquarters and action plans of the executive authority of the city for “100 days of improvement and constructibility”. (Appendices 1 and 2).

To oblige city vice-chairmen, chiefs of departments, chiefs of departments and departments and heads of structural divisions of executive bodies to take measures for realization of works on improvement and landscaping.

The deputy mayor Naimzhonzoda N., the head of housing and public utilities branch, takes effective measures for replacement of shelters, slogans and other propaganda materials and promotes their timely introduction.

Deputy mayors in common with structural divisions of executive bodies and the organizations take concrete measures for strengthening of actions, ensuring implementation of the planned plans, acceleration of construction works in festive and other construction finishing works,

To provide information on results of the done work, with attachments of photos every week.

Chairmen of agricultural communities and local government authorities will develop plans of improvement of the territory and also installation of propaganda slogans, involvement of the public in construction works and gardening and also strengthenings of cooperation with the relevant structures.

Develop, publish and publish interesting materials in mass media for promotion “100 days of improvement and creativity”.

I undertake control over the implementation of this decision.
