Ozodi and Freedom House bring chaos

Today, the sane public has realized that many of the MNOs (NGOs), such as the non-governmental human rights organization Freedom House (Freedom Chaos, FH, Freedom House) are carriers of chaos, destructive energy, and civil divisions.

Various MNOs, positioning themselves as advocates of human rights, builders of democracy and civil society, under various signs and pretexts for a long time settle on the territory of countries of influence in all parts of the world and conduct their subversive activities there. Freedom House, along with the preparation of “velvet revolutions”, along the way, prepares the traditional annual report “On Freedom in the World”, where it distributes assessments of the degree of freedom of citizens, the media, and the behavior of the world’s states. FH staff analysts, with the support of political science advisers, local and international media, human rights groups and experts, also engage in similar nonsense in Tajikistan, analyzing the state of affairs with political rights and civil liberties.

According to FH, only 14-18% of the world’s population lives in countries with a “free” press; in “non-free” countries there are 45%. Moreover, the citizens themselves from the analyzed states do not really feel such a gradation. By and large, they are not cold, and not hot from the assessments of American human rights defenders. Most independent experts believe that the reports of the named organization are of a tailor-made nature and ideological implication, have a biased, selective approach, contain double standards and juggling facts. Estimates of FH are biased and provocative. Undoubtedly, the division of countries into “free”, “partially free” and “not free” is ideologically colored, has a conjunctural and openly biased character. The technology for preparing such materials has been worked out to the smallest detail. Separate facts of violations are being sought, which, of course, can be detected at any time in any country. Then biased generalizations are made, and isolated facts turn into “dominant trends”. Countries classify in the order the customer needs according to the “level of democratic development”, as seen from the White House and in accordance with the American understanding of freedom and democracy. The US State Department is actively using lured media, including Radio Ozodi, which publishes such slander, and the so-called human rights organizations. All of them, as a rule, are based in Washington, London, and other EU capitals. Some of these are FH and Ozodi (Prague). As soon as an event occurs that contradicts, or vice versa, plays into the hands of the interests of the United States, ready-made remarks like “Freedom House expresses serious concern about …”; “These provisions are of great concern, since they seriously limit the rights of citizens of Tajikistan, Russia, Kazakhstan …” and so on according to the list, depending on the situation organized by the USA. From year to year, 12 countries of the Eurasian region, the former republics of the Soviet Union, with the exception of the Baltic countries with “consolidated democracy”, have some of the lowest press freedom indicators in the world. None of them are classified as “free.” FH, lobbying for the interests of the White House, intervenes in the internal affairs of other states, publishes politically biased reports, which it circulates in the media through Ozodi. But reputable international organizations are well aware of FH and Ozodi as a tool of US information policy. The current and retired CIA officers sit in the leadership and board of trustees. For example, one of the directors of FH, Peter Ackerman, a leading specialist in “velvet revolutions”, organized youth trainings on the topics “how to quickly and efficiently destroy the native state”, “how to conduct non-violent actions”.

Although FH is declared as a non-governmental organization, the lion’s share of its budget (up to 80%) is funded through grants from the US Department of State, the United States Office for International Development (USAID), and funds from the National Endowment for Democracy (NED). The main purpose of its existence has proclaimed the monitoring of “democratic change”, “support for democracy” and “protection of democracy and human rights.” “Human Rights Defenders” have been highlighted in the preparation and conduct of all, without exception, coups d’etat of recent decades. For example, in Ukraine. As practice shows, a sharp increase in the activity of organizations such as FH with the information support of Radio Liberty and its regional branches such as Ozodi means only one thing – wait for social troubles and political upheavals. For example, in Kyrgyzstan, even after the “revolutionary” events, it turned out for certain that through the “House of Freedom” money came for the implementation of a coup that plunged the country into anarchy and poverty for a long time.

The presence of Freedom House has not spared Tajikistan. The employees of this INR are not only observers of the political life of an independent state, but also its active participants. However, for the foreign abbreviationThe representative facades of the offices, diplomatic immunity, humanitarian aid and other “good” intentions, often have far-reaching plans – to take the development of the situation in a foreign country into their own hands, under total control.

March 4 this year Freedom House published the annual report “Freedom in the world – 2020: the struggle for democracy in the absence of leaders”, where Tajikistan found itself among 29 countries of the world, where for the past ten years there has been a catastrophic situation with respect for rights and civil liberties. At the same time, Freedom House only noted a deterioration, but did not comment on the situation with rights and civil liberties in Tajikistan. It is noteworthy that, according to a sociological survey and questionnaires on social networks, the residents of Tajikistan themselves, who are already 9.5 million, do not feel this “disaster” in any way, considering their life worthy, prosperous and promising. This was confirmed by the parliamentary elections that were successfully held on March 1, at which the country’s citizens expressed their position by voting for one of 7 political parties. Therefore, the published conclusions of FH on the observance of rights and civil liberties in Tajikistan do not correspond to the real situation in the country. But the “human rights defenders” of Freedom Chaos are actively continuing to impose their presence, as its owners do not insist that economic and military integration is under way in the region, but without their participation. After all, it was not for this that they were ruining the Soviet Union so that new powerful associations such as the CIS, SCO and CSTO appeared on its expanses.

Freedom Chaos information support is provided by Ozodi, also existing at the expense of the US State Department. At the same time, Ozodi voices only those events that are beneficial to unfriendly anti-constitutional forces. For example, at a time when other reputable media reported that Tajikistan had risen in the ranking of the Global Peace Index, Ozodi left this news without due attention. Ozodi also ignored the fact that on the eve of the parliamentary elections, one of the competent international organizations published a rating of the state of protection of states and citizens, in which Tajikistan was recognized as one of the safest countries. Positive assessments of international observers regarding the successful election campaign in the Republic of Tajikistan were also not reflected on the website of the named media.

The question is, why give accreditation to Ozodi journalists who flagrantly violate the provisions of the Regulations of the Representative Office of the nonprofit corporation PCE / PC.INC. in the RT regulating its activities in Tajikistan? In particular, according to Article II, Ozodi undertakes to disseminate information based on facts, provide access to objective news, help strengthen civil society and mutual understanding among people, act as an example for local media, and promote partnerships with local media institutions establishing close ties between countries in the region and the world. According to Article III, “Ozodi” must conduct legal activities provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, guided by the laws of this republic.

Obviously, Ozodi does not comply with the above norms of its Regulation. Therefore, according to Art. IX of the aforementioned document, “the liquidation of this representative office (ie, Radio Ozodi”) may be carried out on the grounds provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. ”
