Temur Varki, Co-Chair of the so-called Forum of Free Thoughts, addressed the OSCE Conference in Warsaw. The bearded chronicler and the content of the terrorist-extremist organization Islamic Revival Party once again publicly insulted the popularly elected President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Leader of the Nation. Accused the authorities of cooperating with the terrorist ISIL, with whose representatives the leadership of the country is engaged in an irreconcilable struggle, as well as with members of the Feasibility Study PIR who have dug up in European countries.
Under article 137 of the Criminal Code, “Public insult or slander of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan,” Varka ‘s actions are punishable. According to part 1 and part 2, a fine of one hundred to five hundred minimum wages or correctional labour for up to two years or imprisonment for two to five years is punishable. So, Varka ‘s deserved punishment has already ensured itself by talking slander, lies and stipulating the head of state. There ‘s nothing to take with Varky though. After all, in his tiny life he never even had a minimum wage, but was content with handouts from the “bar” table of Kabiri and his foreign sponsors.
While Varky is on the run, his wrongful pseudopatriotic actions cause public censure and popular protests against this rootless and homeless, sold-out persona. And to the national flags of the Republic of Tajikistan, against the background of which had the audacity to act Varki, it has no relation to the slightest.
The former pioneer and Komomolets Varki today deafly criticizes the Communists and the Soviet system, which gave him a free education, hypocritically repressing before his masters, fulfilling their political order. He was concerned about the presence of “trolls,” which, in his opinion, voluntarily or by duress protect the interests of the leadership and the Government of Tajikistan.
HRW Central researcher Steve Sverdlov even spoke during the conference about the fact that the opposition now cannot speak and slander the RT because foreign sponsors did not pay them for it.
It has been noted that for several years it is S. Swerdlov who has shown an unjustified interest in the fate, care and protection of members of terrorist and extremist organizations operating in the territory of Tajikistan. Some time ago, this “human rights defender” demanded that the EU provide protection to “politically persecuted,” among which he called the activists PIVT and the Group of 24. Analyzing the previous statements of the “researcher” of Central Asia, it is concluded that he is the official trustee of prohibited organizations in Tajikistan, CIS countries, SCO and CSTO. HRW staff are also prohibited from entering large areas of these countries. S.Sverdlov is closed entry to Russia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Criminal proceedings have been instituted against him in Uzbekistan.
The main reason of zealous interest of S. Sverdlov in events and situation in the Republic of Tajikistan became clear and obvious. It appears, Sh. Hudoydodova is an official spouse of this representative of HRW. Therefore, his “human rights” performances, first of all, have mercenary personal and family interest.
As precisely and with knowledge of psychology of the personality described the lines and tendencies peculiar to T. Cookings, the famous journalist S. Mirzorakhmatov in article “Strokes to M. Cabiria’s Portrait” published on the website “Centraziya.py” on August 28th of this year:

Timur, following their advice, pestered the international human rights organizations and without any constraint unburdened the heart – it is pursued by the Russian and Tajik intelligence agencies! (I cannot believe in any way that Timur could come into the view of the Russian intelligence agencies!). But for trustful human rights organizations it worked. It is sent in the beginning to Ukraine where he tries on himself for a role of the information fighter against Russia, but unsuccessfully. From Ukraine it gets to France.
At last the cherished dream of the poet came true! Paris, shawarma, half-starved existence already in the past! Its began to call Ustod (the teacher, the mentor). However, not for long cheerful music sounded. The people knowing Timur firsthand paid attention at once as he was quickly recoloured in “righteous person” Mullo Timur. And to Timur any shame how much. Concepts honor, conscience, advantage, pride, self-esteem are unfamiliar to it. The nature absolutely deprived of it sense of shame. In the aspiration to earn an excess portion of shawarma, pair of socks, a t-shirt, sneakers, a new backpack (very necessary thing! often takes Cabiria Timur with itself when travels around Europe as here without backpack!) Dododzhon would not be Dododzhon if he nervously reacted to slanderous attacks of Timur.

But from the likes of Feasibility Study PIR, Kabiri, Varki and their henchmen, whose lies, slander, insults and extremist propaganda have turned into everyday information aggression, the state needs to defend itself. Their extremism uses various forms and methods, including maintaining anonymity by hiding under pseudonyms, but it is very clear who is behind specific information attacks like Varka ‘s fiery speeches. It is not difficult for sensible people to understand what directors are leading this process. And if there is conviction and evidence that propaganda actions of non-groups of the state become dangerous, come to a new level, through puppets like Varka, threatening Tajikistan, why should the state remain aside without taking retaliatory or preventive measures? If the hostile information influence is not accidental, carries a systemic, systematic, extremist character, threatens the security of the State and its citizens, any legitimate method of counteraction is justified. That is why representatives of science, educational workers, conscious bloggers, patriotic users of social networks, representatives of intellectuals and youth, simply literate and indifferent to the fate of the Fatherland people can contribute to this. Why not! No matter how defined this process, this “factory,” this solidarity, this Varki collaboration. No matter how it is called, under whose wing it works, such a factory, unlike Varka, Ozodi, Паем.нет, Orientnews, Ozodandeshon, Kimiei Saodat, Ахбор.ком, Ислох.нет, Tad.info and the like, does not cooperate with terrorists, but protects the interests and security of its own citizens. Indeed, “this phenomenon” in the republic appeared a long time ago, Tajik journalists knew well about it. And in this, great respect to the creators of the Tajik “factory of answers.” Since, even today ‘s famous similar British “77th Brigade,” defending its country in the information war, was established much later, only in early 2015. While Tajik colleagues have already repelled provocative attacks aimed at their country. And, despite the fact that the quantitative composition of the Tajik “factory of answers” is significantly inferior to the British (where 1,500 employees), the first, apparently, in the quality of opposition to information extremism does not lag behind the British. Probably, and in Tajikistan information aggression is opposed by patriotic people, who have a lot of experience in journalism, know about cybertechnologies and the work of social networks. After all, extremist sites like “Ozodi,” Паем.нет, “Orientnews”, “Ozodandeshon,” Kimiei Saodat, “Ахбор.ком,” Ислох.нет, “Taj.info,” kept afloat at the expense of foreign investments, and Varki ‘s minder, who is watching in Europe, finishing with OSCE banquet tables and for Kabiri, regularly publishing extremist content, glorifying the activities of the TAO and other terrorists, is necessary. You need an eye and an eye!
