As it was informed earlier, the annual OSCE Conference on Human Rights is taking place in Warsaw today. Two weeks have passed since that week. Although the results are still far away, one of the seven key points from the seven days since, Abdullah Rahman, a member of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, mentioned that we will present them to the readers.

First.The annual legal conference in Warsaw is attended by official delegations from 57 OSCE participating States and about 40 regional and international organizations. And if we put it this way, many countries are also represented by public, non-governmental and oppositional groups, and the scope of the conference becomes even clearer.

However, the policy is that every state or speaker only takes about 2 minutes, which is never enough to consider and address human rights issues. What about in two minutes? As everyone is aware of this, taking advantage of the time, these two words cause defamation and give the next turn. In the view of the servant, this session is neither scientific nor business nor its purpose is apparently not a perception of human rights issues. Rather, it is more similar to the political scene, where the directors express their positions and interests with the conscious and open protection of any state or group. It is neither a decision nor a result. Therefore, it may not be necessary to take this session so seriously in the future.

Secondly, the official delegation of Tajikistan from the beginning had a working view: the delegation of the OSCE participating States was represented as the state delegation and at the level of the state. It also consisted of competent and expert persons on the issues of the agenda of the conference, and everyone has responsibility, competence, vision and expertise in his field.

Contrary to media reports, the presence of government officials was neither a reaction to the opposition nor to their response. Negotiations, discussions, and tricks with them were not included in the instructions. The absence of these individuals was not of interest to the delegation at this meeting. Throughout the week, both state policy and public realism were revealed, and some of the misconceptions of the audience were corrected. In the first week, the delegation was successful at completing its mission.

But the delegation was slow. Personally, within the Tajik national culture I have greeted and respected every compatriot I met in the hall and on the road. Both with the known opposition and with many unfamiliar young people. And if the time comes, I wholeheartedly say as a citizen and as a teacher, I urge these young people to protect the image of the nation and the stability of the country. Some of them were astonished at the slave’s greeting and unleashed their fists on their shoulders, but I was not ashamed to convey my greetings and messages from my people. I was proud to have come from a country and a nation and felt that I had such a moral right.

The face of the opponents was a prime example of the political culture and ethics of the Leader of the Nation, which we witnessed many times in the peace process of the Tajik people: then the war was going on in Tavildara and Rasht. Returning to the axis of national values ​​and interests they called: “Domullo, it’s time to go back to Tajikistan, to build the motherland …”

Third. Opposition members of the state also had a large presence at the event, with perhaps more than 60 people signing up for it in this “free city”. Only the “Group 24” staff consisted of 21 people. Discrepancies were also circulating in the corridor. There were immigrants and young people, reforms and arrangements, and so on. To this day, I had no practical idea that there was so much separation between individuals and groups that we call “opponents” from within. Many did not greet each other at the time, they were insulting each other, they were calling each other nicknames that I could not write about, everyone was right and wrong… Many imagined each other’s services and projects. For example, Izzat Amon had not yet arrived in Moscow, where the opposition was waiting for him as his new opponent in the narrow stage of the opposition with a quick bang and a dozen hypotheses about his new design and next step…

Even members of the same group blacked out one another when they found the opportunity. The atmosphere was full of blackness. It was so embarrassing that Dodojon Atovulloev, the leader of the patriotic opposition to the old-fashioned opposition, wrote on his page: “For the first time, I was ashamed of my opposition!” .

Fourth. The behavior of the representatives of the opposition groups was not appropriate either. These groups are very inefficient Every single one of the young people between the ages of 20 and 25 who had never had the level and authority to protest. They did not represent an opinion or represent a position. They had two roles in this environment: First, they should conduct rituals and sessions against those who came from Tajikistan to discredit, humiliate, please, or provoke, and secondly, to make saturated texts full of lies and slander. read it. Or, 67-year-old Kamoljon Samiev, a civil society representative, expressed surprise that this group of young people would be severely abused every time they came across him and his Tajik identity. In short, by watching these scenes, I feel myself a multi-millionaire, more Islamic and Muslim than these Millennials and writers…

The point was that we do not actually oppose, and if we have, there are separate individuals who have not yet reached that level of responsibility of the opposition.

Fifth. Another phenomenon, which I came to know most about at the meeting, was the National Alliance of Tajikistan. I have already mentioned in the chapter on this organization that there is neither a “covenant” nor a “national”. However, unlike the media, all of the speeches made by the organization and its subcontractors at the conference have once again demonstrated that there really is no serious potential. From the personal point of view, a few who were brought out of the party, such as Ravshan Temurians and Timur Temur and Alim Sherzamon, on the contrary, have become the subject of embarrassment by their dumb, dead and indignant statements. Perhaps it would be more helpful for them to come to the stage and speak a few words, by the head of the PMP Kabiri, who handled the situation. Because those who do not have ideas and ideas are trapped by those who are forced to hunt and are inclined to run. As a conference listener I can say that even the words of a few 24 “young” were far more lively than the treaties.
